Tastings
Our tea tastings are recommended for tea drinkers of all levels. It’s an opportunity to taste high quality teas from around the world as well as our locally grown herbs and Yaupon (our only caffeinated plant).
Our Founder Crystal Stokes will guide you through the tasting and carefully prepare (Gong Fu Cha Style) up to four teas for you and your group to experience.
If you have any requests or if you’re celebrating a special occasion, please let us know in advance so that we can prepare something special for your visit.
Pricing
A small private tea tasting reservation is a flat rate of $140 total and will be due at booking. This fee accommodates up to four (4) individuals, and the session lasts approximately 90 minutes.
A large private tea tasting reservation is a flat rate of $280 total and will be due at booking. This fee accommodates up to eight (8) individuals, and the
session lasts approximately 90 minutes.

Private Tea Tasting Options
A great starting point for anyone looking to take their first steps into the world of tea. This private tea tasting option will provide you with general tea knowledge and terms of each tea type that will be prepared during the tasting.
This option focuses on our only known native caffeinated plant, Yaupon. Taste our green, smoked; medium and dark roasted Yaupon blends. As well as Yaupon Matcha! Compare them to other holly plants like Guayusa and Yerba Mate. Get up close and personal with our native plant and learn how to roast some of your own to take home.
Discover the subtle nuances found in different popular Japanese green teas, bolder flavors in Hojicha, and learn about the different grades of matcha.
Not all caffeinated teas are the same; some of them actually invoke a sense of calmness and relaxation, which is a great way to wind down before bed. We will discover teas that have high concentrations of naturally occurring GABA and L-Theanine. Which aid in calming our nervous system.
Get treated to the founder’s favorites and get a better understanding of what makes their favorite teas so special. This private tea tasting option may cover a wide range of tea types and flavors. Please make note in your reservation if there are an allergies or flavors we should steer away from.

All tastings are by appointment only and at our farm in our lovely tea dome. We are also willing to come to your office or event space for a small travel fee. Please specify your needs when booking.
Our private tastings are intended to be intimate, educational experiences featuring a specially curated selection of teas for our guests to discuss and taste.

During the tasting, we recommend keeping our experience together digital- free. There will be time following the tea tasting for guests to take pictures if desired.
We ask that if you are experiences symptoms of Covid, please call and reschedule. Our staff are fully vaccinated and will also call to reschedule if they are experiencing symptoms.
